I am loving these podcasts and the guests on them. I never would have thought to look into a life coach or what that even means until now! I am thoroughly loving Rachel’s point of view and how honest and open she is. I think we all have these ideas of what life should look like at certain ages and with specific markers but this helps to realize that none of that is real and success is so subjective is refreshing and helpful. Especially in this day and age, it’s so important to empower women and give them a positive platform! It is so comforting to know that at any age in any career, you can question everything and above all, start over and reset.
