Unexpected Find
I came across the show when I was looking for new podcast and had a great laugh. I am not sure I am the intended audience. However I got some great laughs and smiles as I listened to the host share her adventures and some insights. The host is charming and the conversations.are a lot of fun

Refreshingly vulnerable
Funny, smart and each episode seems to hit all the right notes when talking about getting going again. Life is a series of stages and making yourself open and vulnerable to accept not only that you need a change but to go do it is not easy. But being able to hear that you’re not so different and an ‘if I can for this, so can you’ is what I needed. Rachel seems to be able to put into words what I’ve been thinking but didn’t know how to say. So quit reading reviews and just go listen!

I went in already liking the premise of this podcast and liked it even more after listening. Rachel is very good at taking topics many of us try not to think about and making them entertaining to listen to by being funny and vulnerably honest about them. Definitely recommend!

It’s not what we do, it’s how we do it. That’s the phrase that comes to mind when I listen to this podcast. Rachel is so thoughtful and I’m inspired to think of life as more of an adventure after listening to this podcast.
